Privacy policy
Last updated October 4, 2026
Nofacely runs on your computer. We collect as little as we can, and this page lists all of it.
What we collect
- License checks: your email and a device ID generated by the app, so we can confirm your license and limit it to two computers.
- Beta signups: your email, the channel link you choose to give us, and the country your request came from.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. We receive your email and subscription status, never your full card details.
- Support emails: whatever you send us at support@nofacely.com.
What stays on your computer
Your API keys, scripts, voiceovers, footage, and finished videos stay on your PC. To make a video, the app sends your source transcript and script to Anthropic, and your script to ElevenLabs, using your own keys. Those companies handle that data under their own privacy policies. It never passes through our servers.
Who processes data for us
- Cloudflare hosts nofacely.com, the license server, and the download.
- Stripe processes payments.
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
License and payment records are kept while your account is active and as long as tax and accounting rules require after that. Beta signups are kept until the beta ends or you ask us to delete them.
Your choices
