Terms of service
Last updated October 4, 2026
These terms cover your use of the Nofacely desktop app and nofacely.com. By using either, you agree to them. Questions go to support@nofacely.com.
Your license
While your beta access or subscription is active, you may install and use Nofacely on up to two of your own computers. You may not share your license, resell the app, or try to get around the license check.
Your content is your responsibility
You decide what links you process and what you publish. You are responsible for having the rights to any footage, audio, or other material you use, and for following the rules of the platforms you publish on, including YouTube's policies on reused content and copyright. Nofacely does not review or publish anything for you.
Third-party services
Nofacely connects to services you sign up for yourself, such as Anthropic (Claude) and ElevenLabs, using your own API keys. Your use of those services follows their terms, and they bill you directly. Nofacely is not responsible for their availability, output, or charges.
Beta and subscriptions
The beta is free and may change, pause, or end at any time. When paid plans launch, subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and your access continues until the end of the period you paid for. Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds are covered in the refund policy.
No warranty
Nofacely is provided as is. We work to keep it reliable, but we do not promise it will be error-free, that it will work with every source video, or that any video it makes will perform well or stay up on any platform.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about Nofacely is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Ending access
We may suspend or end a license that is shared, resold, or used to break these terms. You can stop using Nofacely at any time.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will email active users before it takes effect.
