Refund policy

During the beta
The beta is free, so there is nothing to refund.
Subscriptions
- Cancel any time. Your access continues until the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again.
- If Nofacely will not run on your PC, email support@nofacely.com within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full.
- Charges from Anthropic, ElevenLabs, or other services you connect are billed by them and are not refundable by us.
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.
